Amazing service by my Service Advisor Matthew Phillips for my scheduled service. And previous sale in their Top Notch "new" Facility. The only negative I have ever had was from their business office who almost turned the entire customer’s experience unaceptable. My Salesman tried to be of assistance with the business office issue in order to safe his well deserved sale which he did the next day when I decidedto finance it through my own bank. I must mention that I was contacted by their new G.M. Mr. Philip Southwick since my business office issue. I must give him "Kudos" for the outreach and would recommend without reservations Advantage BMW Midtown. More

Bought a used 2013 BMW X5 knowing that the vehicle was a reliable one coming from a dealership exclusively for BMW. Less than a week of driving with under 200 miles and on day 6 on my way to work, morning reliable one coming from a dealership exclusively for BMW. Texted Efrain Ruiz informing that the vehicle in not fit to drive. They didn't offer to fix the car and I ended up insisting that I need to return it. They picked up and towed the car with a one week old of temporary plate still attached and never heard from them since. More
Do not rely on those people. They intentionally sold us a preowned car knowing that mechanic was bad (front and rear struts blown out - leaking, chopped tires..). The sales Nicolae Branzei refused to deliver the in house pre-sale BMW inspection, refused to buy it back and didn't offer to help to fix the car. More
The Service Center is the latest state of the art. It is very clean and the people working there are very nice and welcoming. My Service Advisor, Stan Martin, is very personable and knowledgeable.
