Well I bought 2 bmw vehicles from yall and the service has only been average. My wife service was similar to mine. So let me talk about my experience. I went in for an oil change because my car said I ne has only been average. My wife service was similar to mine. So let me talk about my experience. I went in for an oil change because my car said I needed one. My car was driving perfectly but needed an oil change. I go and take it in, the sale guy sold me on changing my spark plugs,ac filter and doing the $225 oil change. So with all of that it came out to be $602 at first. He said I'll have to leave my car cause its hot and need to cool down, so it will be done by 4pm-430pm which is understandable. Yall take me home. 330pm I called and he said yes its ready and they sent me an uber. Im good with that. Get there at 4pm and he tell me my car not ready because one of the coils is misfiring or its bad.So it will take 30min. I said ok. So 45min go by and he said they fixed 1 coil and drove it and it did the samething so they changing 3 of them. Now at this time he asked me if I had a warranty which got me upset cause my warranty shouldn't have anything to do with this because y'all damaged it. If I would have just gotten an oil change none of this would have happen and yall did my wife car the same way. I told him that yall need to change them all out but he said no it dont work like that, I said they all will need to be changed so yall wasting time and working on the car over and over. Remind you that I'm still there and now its 6pm. He say my car ready. U take my car and soon as I get on the freeway my make a sound and the check engine light and drivetrain malfunction comes on. I call back and no answer. I drove home and my car was shaking the entire time. Next morning I drive up to bmw again and he said he heard my msg. He told me that it was late so they didnt take it for a test drive so they can give me my car. Thats crazy cause yall could have just kept the car to make sure its fixed correctly. That was a terrible statement to make to a customer. Yall take the car and give me a ride hm. He call me back around 3pm saying the changed all of them out( like I said) and they will be doing a test drive on the frwy (like I said do from the beginning) he called me back and said they will bring my car to my house in the morning after they wash it. I got my csr back around 1230pm. So thats my experience. It wasnt a good one. My wife went in before for an oil changed and grt it back and her steering wheel is makong noise. They asked about her warranty. They greased it up and gave it back to her and 2hrs later the steering wheel was doing the same thing. They told her once the find the problem they stop cause they think they found the problem. They had to the entire axle or something like that. More

This place has changed a lot over last several years. Now it is the best BMW service place in Houston. They are honest and do what customers asked to do without thinking about cost on them.
