Good leadership would have transferred the fired advisor tasks to another advisor, so the customer doesn’t wait 3 hrs of his time wondering what’s going on. More

The dealership found the problem with a tire that had a knot on it . They check it out and found that the car was out of alignment .That extra effort save me in the long run . Thanks BMW knot on it . My experience was not pleasant outside of the sales associate that helped me find my car. Although he was helpful, the financial process was a little hectic and I felt like the financial manager that w associate that helped me find my car. Although he was helpful, the financial process was a little hectic and I felt like the financial manager that was assigned to me was rude and rushing to make the purchase complete. I've only had this car for 3 months and have had a bad experience with the brakes and battery issues although I purchased it as a "certified pre-owned" car. The service department really needs to improve their customer service and stop trying to nickel and dime customers. I will not be bringing my car here for future service work or even purchase another BMW from this location. More
