Ben and the entire team were absolutely awesome, and my experience there was great from start to finish. I had my two younger children accompany me to the dealership that day, and the entire team treated u experience there was great from start to finish. I was shopping for a BMW 2025 iX in a specific color combo. Local dealers here in Minneapolis didn't have one and they didn't seem too motivated to find the exact vehicle I wanted, instead trying to pus combo. Local dealers here in Minneapolis didn't have one and they didn't seem too motivated to find the exact vehicle I wanted, instead trying to push their current inventory on me. One evening. I started searching the internet and was able to locate a handful of vehicles of interest, the closest in Chicago, as well as Texas and both coasts. Filled out a few online inquiries around 8 that night. These inquiries go to the dealers personnel and typically I will start getting calls or texts within a day or two. That same night, after 10PM, I received a text from May at Advantage BMW Houston. I was surprised that she was working so late. She told me honestly she didn't have the exact vehicle in stock, but would work on it tonight and find me one and update me in the morning. By 10AM the next morning, before most of the other dealers had even replied, May contacted me and informed me that she found the exact vehicle with all the options I wanted and could have it at her dealership that day if we could close a deal. I explained I needed competitive pricing. May got to work on the pricing. That day, she had found me the perfect vehicle and put a package together that was extremely competitive. It was exactly what I wanted. Buying a vehicle outstate has a lot of little nuances. I've bought about 5 this way so knew what to expect. May, she held my hand through every step. Communicating with me multiple times through-out the day and evening and keeping me informed through-out the buying process. Many times she was answering my questions or concerns late into the night. I'm a high maintenance guy but she kept me calm and cool. When you purchase a vehicle sight unseen, you have to have a person you trust to be your eyes. May walked around this vehicle and made video's of it, even over seeing the detailing and making sure the car was perfect. When it came time to transporting the vehicle, she oversaw that whole process as well. When the trucker called me to tell me he had blown a tire and wouldn't be delivering until 11 that night, May stayed up until the vehicle was delivered safely to me, and was ready to handle any problems. I love my new BMW all electric iX, it's perfect. Advantage BMW Mid-town Houston, you have a superstar in May and I am a fan for life. I love cars and I love great customer service, and you hit a home run on this purchase. I have already given May's name to two of my friends. Thank you May! More
