Was called by manager that service was going to be discounted. Had car towed in 160. Discount was not honored on service needs. Not dependable, and kept my car for 2 weeks. Tow back discounted. After two Tesla’s- in wanted a good car. I reached out to Advantage BMW at 10am and May Mashhandani had me an approval quickly, with me in the door by 3pm and out with a great deal and I reached out to Advantage BMW at 10am and May Mashhandani had me an approval quickly, with me in the door by 3pm and out with a great deal and car by 4:30. This was my first experience with this dealership. I made an appointment for an oil change and my car still wasn’t ready for 4.5 hours. When I got my car back the windshield washer fluid notification I made an appointment for an oil change and my car still wasn’t ready for 4.5 hours. When I got my car back the windshield washer fluid notification was still on. That tells me my fluids weren’t checked. The lounge was excessively cold and all of the refreshments needed to be replenished. The sales associate seemed more concerned about trying to upsell me instead of hearing my concerns about the length of time my oil change took. I really expected better service from a BMW dealership. If it takes almost 5 hours for a simple oil change, why would I want to get any other work done here? The only part of my experience where it felt the customer experience is put first was the shuttle. I was very grateful for the shuttle. I have to say, I have had better service at Beck and Masten Buick GMC South. More
