I went to Acura of Westchester today for an alignment as I hit the curb a while back and the car was pulling towards left with some loud tire noise. I have only one car so I had to wait there. My service manager Peter was very friendly and professional, he was able to help me fix the problem within 2 hrs. Now my ride drives perfectly. This rating was given for many different reasons. For starters,the people who work at the dealership are extremly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I have leased an Acura for a few years now and I loved the service from the moment that I walked into the showrroom. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Upon taking back the car for oil changes or any services, Elizabeth and the entire service dept. has always been pleasant and very helpful. I never have to wait long and if I need a ride or a loner it is available. PLUS my car looks brand new again when I get it back as they wash the car each service trip.
