I have recommended this dealer to other friends and family members because of their excellent service. In 2002, I decided to buy another car and did my research and ended up back at Acura of Westchester. Recieved a great deal (through Kenny Hicks) and I would go back to buy another Acura in the future. More
I visited Acura of Westchester in 2005 with a neighbor who had recently leased a TL. As a Honda fan, I was eager to see the new Acuras. I did not expect to find a cozy, non imposing dealership. The salesperson, Larry (no longer there unfortunately) was extremely nice and helpfu. He gave me a great deal on a new TSX for my wife's birthday. Larry delivered the car complete with big red bow on it. My wife shed a tear. We have received great service since then on the TSX which helped me stay committed to Acura of Westchester. In 2010, I decided to buy a 2011 MDX loaded through Frank Ferraro at Acura of Westchester. He felt like one of the boys and worked hard to get me a great deal. Peter Falvey of the service department has become our dedicated service professional. Thank goodness. I just got the MDX back from service and Peter was his usual professional, courteous and kind self. I always feel like my car is well cared for when in servicing. My referring neighbor wasn't crazy about the service at Acura of Westchester so he went to Curry Acura for his next Acura. Peter Falvey takes care of his clients so if there is something wrong, he will make sure that it gets remedied. My overall experience at Acura of Westchester is extremely good and reinforces my good decisions to go Acura twice. More

I went to Acura of Westchester today for an alignment as I hit the curb a while back and the car was pulling towards left with some loud tire noise. I have only one car so I had to wait there. My service manager Peter was very friendly and professional, he was able to help me fix the problem within 2 hrs. Now my ride drives perfectly. This place is not a fency decorated place, but they get the job done with great quality. I definitely will go back again. If you live in Westchester NY area, I highly recommend their service. More
This rating was given for many different reasons. For starters,the people who work at the dealership are extremly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. The sales people do not try and jump down your back starters,the people who work at the dealership are extremly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. The sales people do not try and jump down your back as soon as you walk through the door, and the place is always kept clean and neat. The service department is also run with respect, and professionalism. The wait isnt to bad and the coffee and donuts help lol. More

I have leased an Acura for a few years now and I loved the service from the moment that I walked into the showrroom. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They took their time with what I was looking for and especially worked great with the financing end of things. Upon taking back the car for oil changes or any services, Elizabeth and the entire service dept. has always been pleasant and very helpful. I never have to wait long and if I need a ride or a loner it is available. PLUS my car looks brand new again when I get it back as they wash the car each service trip.
