He followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was OK and assured us he is available any time if we should need him. The whole experience was delightful and our new MDX is beautiful. We had our front windows tinted a week after purchase - the Service Department was also a pleasure to work with. The friendliness and hospitality of the dealership is first class! Above and beyon service always this dealership goes the extra mile. As far as service represenitives go if you could walk on water Todd Goldhammer does. I was received promptly when I walked into the dealership. I had a letter that was sent to me regarding a trade-in of my 2005 TL; but, I had also received one earlier this year. When I went to see what options were available to me, the dealer rep at that time essentially blew me off. Last week I explained what had happened to me to the manager and he was appalled. From that point on, he ensured that I received the very best service. Dan assisted in matching me with a car that met my preferences. Since I chose to lease the unit, Richard assisted me with that aspect of my purchase. And lastly, Kim reviewed the paperwork and helped me with the vast number of signatures. I remember how attentive the support staff were as well from the receptionist to the gentleman who wiped down my new Acura. Ironically, it rained heavily during the time I was there to complete the transaction. I drive Acura's because it is a reliable car and its luxurious quality is affordable. But, equally important is the service. The Acura Tempe staff have high integrity; I have often been made aware of maintenance opportunities that I was unaware of that were of no cost to me. I always felt that I have been treated fairly and honestly. Today more than ever, that means a lot to a consumer. More
My husband and I recently moved from Pittsburgh to the Phoenix area and are temporarily sharing his MDX. Since I am currently unemployed, it made sense for me to take the vehicle to get it serviced. This was not a task that I was looking forward to because my husband is very meticulous about his "wheels" and I hate being the dangerous liaison. From the moment I met Dana she put me at ease and explained everything in terms that I could understand and relay to my husband. She was also very friendly and interested in our move and transition across the country. The dealership itself is like home away from home. From the lounge area with abundant refreshments to the internet access, there is no way you can sit there and just twiddle your thumbs! When the service was completed, Dana explained what they had done and some other things that they recommended. I ended up taking a loaner MDX while the recommended service was completed. When we returned the loaner and picked up his MDX the entire transaction took less than five minutes. And, they washed the MDX! That has never happened before. One of the initial service recommendations was new tires; after some shopping around, my husband decided that Acura of Tempe had a better price. So, a week later, I found myself back at the dealership! Once again, Dana was more than accommodating. This time I took a loaner for the day. When Dana called me to let me know the car was ready, I asked her if I could pick it up the next morning. She said it would be fine but she wouldn't be there...that was the only disappointment with our Acura of Tempe experience! More
I have been coming to Acura of tempe for over 6 years & have received the same level of EXCELLENT service the entire time. Our family has a couple of Acura's and Todd and the service team at Tempe has take have received the same level of EXCELLENT service the entire time. Our family has a couple of Acura's and Todd and the service team at Tempe has taken care of them the entire time. I currently don't have a need for a new or newer car due to the quality & care taken to these cars but when it's time for newer ones we will return to Acura of Tempe. More

And would recommend a loyalty type pgm for those individuals who continue to use your service department as well as for future sales of new vehicles. economy is stil la question for alls, so set up pgms that generate traffic to your dealership. The reason why I rate this dealership with high ratings is due to the level of trust that I have with the service dept. I was quoted a set price from Todd Goldhammer, my regular service advisor and he not is due to the level of trust that I have with the service dept. I was quoted a set price from Todd Goldhammer, my regular service advisor and he not being able to be present on a saturday, I was presented with Abel. Abel quoted me the exact same price including labor costs and the level of all my auto work so far has always been top notch. The respectfulness, courtesy and overall friendliness has always been better then other places. Acura of Tempe leaves with you a level of trust that you can alway feel good about and you are never being taken advantage of ever. thank you so much More

Both men with whom I worked were knowledgeable, helpful, and competed. I appreciated Pat's willingness to show me the features of the car, and to spend time making sure I could use the features once I had and competed. He was patient, repeating instructions as necessary, and secure in his presentation. I especially liked his manner of not pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. He made himself available to us (my family was with me) and kind to my grandson who was getting bored. He even played music to make my grandson more comfortable. Tom was knowledgeable and competent, and helpful. Great staff. More

I especially appreciated Pat's willingness to teach me about the features of the car, and in showing me by example what he was talking about. He called today to followup which I appreciated. My son has an Acura so he has been helping me with the new technology as well, but I appreciate Pat's offers of assistance. More
