I purchased a new TSX in 2004 and loved the car. The service center has been exceptional at Tempe Acura - Dana treats me with respect and care. When I learned from her that 2013 was the last year for the TSX, I began my search for another car. Brian may be new, but impressed us with the depth of his enthusiasm and knowledge. He sold the car. The icing on the cake was when the trade-in value for my 2004 (that I had taken care of like a baby) was first lower than expectations, they took time to pull the Acura maintenance records and realized I was right. thank you, this is more than 25 words or less.... I used the internet sales through the employee purchasing program with Dell(my employer) and it was great. Rob called me within 15 minutes of me submitting an information request. Rob was very personable, forthcoming & accomodating - he even came in on his day off to complete the sale. Overall, the process went quickly and we were treated fairly. On May 14 I brought my car in for two recall fixes. They were fixed and your mechanics found other items to repair which I had not noticed. These items were fixed at no charge. Luis was very nice and friendly. He helped us get a great deal on a great used Saturn Vue. Was willing to listen to us and even let us trade in a horrible car. This is the second car I've purchased from Acura of Tempe - the first being back in 2004. In the interim, I've purchased two Lexus vehicles. When I decided I wanted an Acura again, I had no hesitation in knowing which dealer to go to. Even though I attempted to get price quotes from another local Acura dealer, instead of giving me the quotes, I received a constant barrage of e-mails and phone calls asking me to come in and they'd provide me with the lowest out-the-door-costs. I didn't trust dealing with a company who would refuse to discuss price at all until you physically came into the dealership, at which time they can easily take advantage of the confusion of the moment and the excitement of buying a new car. I prefer to be more analytical when buying my cars, and take the time to research and ferret out the various costs involved when I have the time to do so. Patrick was a terrific sales person to work with. He's had 10 years of experiencing with Acura sales, having worked at a previous Acura dealership in Hawaii. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost every question I had, and easily found the answers to those he didn't know. There were no problems or "bait and switch" tactics when I went in to pick up my car and sign the papers. I also prefer working with a company that is a local independent, rather than a large corporate structure that doesn't have a "face" with it, and whose employees have no decision-making capabilities on their own. I was able to walk out the door with the first 2014 RDX that they sold, and at a good price. I have purchased my past two vehicles (Lexus) from California because of the tremendous price difference. In this case, I obtained quotes from California dealers and Acura of Tempe was willing to work with me and although they didn't totally meet the price difference, they came very close after taking into consideration the costs involved in going to California and picking up the vehicle, as well as putting the additional mileage on a new car. I would highly recommend the Acura of Tempe dealership for purchasing a vehicle, and from past experience, I would highly recommend their service department as well. I was pleased to see that the previous service advisor that I worked with, Todd Goldhammer, is still there, so will definitely return and work with him. More

They were prepared, fair, and worked hard to ear my new car sale. Pricing was fair, and competitive. The car (Acura TSX 2013) is a fantastic car...best value out there for a sporty sedan. Rob Defenderfer, and the rest of the staff at Acura of Tempe, was very easy to work with, and I really felt they wanted to make my purchase experience a positive one. They also treated me fairly with my trade-in, and financing. I would recommend this dealership and this staff. Thank you Acura of Tempe...I'm thrilled with my new car! More
I contacted the dealership online about a vehicle I saw on their website that had the package and color combination I wanted. I got a quick replay and we spoke on and off for two hours working out the pu on their website that had the package and color combination I wanted. As soon as we were in agreement, I made the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealtership to test drive the car. I loved the car and we signed papers within a couple of hours. Everyone I met there was extremely professional and friendly. I ordered the car with some extra options that would be installed over the next two days. Three days later I returned to get a full rundown on all the high tech features this car came with and take delivery. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. They are a first class operation. Keith Baize (internet sales person) was pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I can't imagine how they could have done any better. More
Working with Tim Cummings was a very low pressure and enjoyable experience. He presented what was available as a certified used car that was within my budget and did not pressure me into buying immediat enjoyable experience. I was looking for a 2008 Acura MDX and found two that were at my price point. After thinking about the car, I called Tim again and set an appointment. Before the appointment another sales employee sold both of the MDX that I was looking at. Tim was prompt in calling me back and letting me know the situation and said he would call me if anything else came up. I decided to just look at something newer, 2011 or 2012 MDX. He showed me the best deal first then what other options there were. The best deal was a 2011 MDX with only 12k miles at $35k. There were other more expensive cars on the lot but Tim pointed out the highlight of the vehicle and helped me to narrow down what I really wanted in a car that I would be keeping for 200k miles. No pressure, friendly service, and knowledgeable. I will buy from them again and suggest anyone looking of a car, call up Tim. More
