We purchased a RDX 3 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the service and customer experience. We considered other dealers when we were looking to purchase another SUV including Lexus in Tempe and on Bell Road and found the customer experience painful in both cases. I started by speaking with Steve Rotanda (Sales Manager) over the phone and email. He provided very direct and honest feedback and was not in a hurry as I asked him a ton of questions. He provided me with a competitive price and talked through the Lease vs. Purchase options with me. Oakey Okuma was my salesman and he was patient and detailed with my questions about the entire line of Acura vehicles as well as previous models. I spoke with all 3 dealerships in town and decided to work with Tempe because of their non-pushy attitude, and Private ownership (versus corporate owned). This dealership was the furthest away from me and still ended up being the obvious choice. I highly recommend Acura of Tempe for your purchasing needs. More
The right dealer, the right car We needed to replace our larger 7 passenger SUV (Volvo) with a smaller vehicle, now that the kids are getting older. We didn't have a strong preferen We needed to replace our larger 7 passenger SUV (Volvo) with a smaller vehicle, now that the kids are getting older. We didn't have a strong preference, just that we wanted a smaller cross over. So we set out and visited five dealers and drove five different cars. The experience at Acura of Tempe was the best of the bunch. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and kept the deal going, without pushing. Never did we feel pressure nor did we feel that we were being pushed towards things we didn't want. Once we decided we wanted that car, the Acura RDX, we had reasonable negotiations that resulted in a lease arrangement that we were happy with. All of this was done via email. I had a busy week so it worked really well for me. The actual transaction went just as well, and the salesperson's insight into the vehicle has already been helpful. At other dealers we felt uncomfortable, looked down on, or we felt like we were bothering the salesperson. Non of that here. More

He pays close attention to detail and makes sure our car gets the very best service possible. There is not a better running 2003 car on the road because of him. More

I needed new break pads on the front of my Acura TL. Their price surpassed all other bids I got. The service is excellent. The staff is warm and friendly. I live 5 miles fro Acura of Scottsdale. My wife and I have been taking our 2012 TL here for service over the past three years, and have been so impressed, of course we went here to look at an MDX. We walked out with the keys to a 2016 MDX shortly thereafter. These folks know their product, respect their customers, and make every interaction a pleasure. I kinda look forward to our service visits, grab a cup of Starbucks coffee, and leave in a different Acura loaner. What a vehicle, what a dealership. Thank you! More
