In talking to Yestin and Ernest, I wanted to do business with these folks as I trusted them. Before I purchased at Sherman Oaks Acura, I went/talked to 10 different salespersons at 5 different dealers over a 6-week span and none of the other Acura dealers could get me the car I wanted. At two Acura dealers, Metro Acura and West LA Acura marked up the vehicle I wanted (WLA $15k markup) and I felt they are greedy in their pricing. Also, Mario in finance had all of the paperwork completed quickly and professionally. All of the documents went to my email which made it easier to get the insurance on the vehicle. After the sale, Yestin spent time going over the vehicle features and even set up my cell phone in the vehicle. I really felt comfortable buying from this dealership and recommend Ernest, Yestin and Mario as your contracts as this dealership as I trust them. I rate this dealership and their staff 10 STARS Lastly, Ernest and Yestin took time to take a picture with me and my new Acura after the sale.
