Acura of Salem Values Your Time I drove to Acura of Salem from Washington because of their on-line reviews; I wasn't disappointed. Lisa gathered all of the information over the tele I drove to Acura of Salem from Washington because of their on-line reviews; I wasn't disappointed. Lisa gathered all of the information over the telephone so that the necessary paperwork was ready for my signature upon arrival at the dealership. In spite of the two hour drive, each direction, the entire transaction took less time than if I had gone to a local dealership. Lisa and the Finance Manager, Bill, were both extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Acura of Salem. More

Ewwww! I stopped by Salem Acura this morning and asked Terry if he thought mice could get into my heating system. He smiled and said, "Absolutely! He immediately worked me in (something I really did not expect at all). He had Kodee (and I am sure others in the service department) work on my "situation" (Ewww! it was mice) and had me out of the service department in 45 min. Terry is AWESOME! I bought my Acura about 3 years ago and I commute....averaging about 1,000 miles a week this last year! I'm obviously in for service often! A "Class Act" Dealership! This was seriously the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. No game play and they did what they said they would do. We asked that they had all the paperwork ready when we got there hoping it wouldn't take all afternoon. We could have been out of the dealership in 20 minutes had we not chosen to "chit chat" with the sales personnel that helped us out. High five to Adrien! reviving a dead car Terry and Katie were a light in the darkness after a week-end of car trouble and the inability to acquire a rental vehicle (thru no fault of theirs). Terry and Katie were a light in the darkness after a week-end of car trouble and the inability to acquire a rental vehicle (thru no fault of theirs).
