Brought my 2017 Acura RDX in with a brake issue. I explained that I had replaced the rotors on the car twice and that was not the reason the brakes shook the wheel when braking. $185.00 later they c I explained that I had replaced the rotors on the car twice and that was not the reason the brakes shook the wheel when braking. $185.00 later they came back that the 2 day old rotors were warped and wanted to do a complete brake job for $1500.00. Drove away upset and started reviewing the issue myself. Replaced the calipers and found that the left one was not functioning properly and replaced the front calipers and the problem went away. Got a call from Melanie and wanted to know how my service experience was and repeated the story and asked for my 185.00 back as their diagnosis was incorrect. NO call. Three days later I called and asked Melanie what the status of my request for a refund. Had to go through the story again. No response. At that point I gave up. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR GO FOR SERVICE TO ACURA OF PEORIA. More

A second opinion indicated that I have all electronic parts, and it has no oil or transmission fluid to leak. The picture given to me was a generic picture, not my car. The previous time I was there was to check my air conditioner. I paid around $300 when the problem could have been solved for maybe $50. Have been to this dealer 3 or 4 times for service. Everything I go there it seems like the customer is not that important. Today January 8th 2022 I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Everything I go there it seems like the customer is not that important. Also zaktek paint service was supposed to have been done and if it was done then the car was streaks would not be there on my paint. Supposedly that service is applied by a buffer?? This will be the last trip I take to this dealer. More

I have been really impressed with all of my visits at the Peoria location. Someone was so thoughtful and brought out a little teddy bear and coloring book for my daughter.
