I had made an appointment online to service my 2012 Odyssey, called service department and spoke with Darek to confirm my service appointment with loa I had made an appointment online to service my 2012 Odyssey, called service department and spoke with Darek to confirm my service appointment with loaner car availability on the day of the appointment, there was no loaner car available on the day it would best fits my schedule, he confirmed that there will be plenty loaner cars available on Thursday so I told him let's switch my appointment to Thursday and I was completely ok with appointment on Thursday even though it didn't fit my schedule. So on Thursday on my lunch break I go in to the service desk and I was told that there was no loaner cars available that day, I told the lady its been confirmed week ago for this service appointment thru Darek, I takes me 25 minutes with traffic to get to this dealership one way. She was not willing to do anything, someone needs to coach Darek not to make promises or confirm anything. If he doesn't know what he's doing he needs to find another profession. Service department manager Joe doesn't care either, I called him numerous times to talk about the issue, but he doesn't want to get on the phone and discuss the issue More
Timing Belt and Water Pump Had my timing belt and water pump changed on my 2002 Acura TL type -S and it has been problems every since. They changed out something in my steering wheel without my consent which caused my car to make a noise when I turned the wheel...took the car back to get the fixed. Had vibration in my steering wheel that I did not have before the service.....took it back, valve wasn't hooked up. Car was making a humming noise and they claim they found the problem but when the mechanic put the part in, he cracked the part and I had to take it back but still had vibration in the steering wheel while at a complete stop and car was in gear. They changed out the motor mounts and still have vibration problem but on top of that, now when you put the car in reverse, it's vibration in the steering wheel in which it wasn't doing that. The general Manger, Lonnie called me and said there's nothing they can do and to come to the dealership and check out a car that's similar to mind. That car has nothing to do with mine especially when I been driving the same car for 7 going on 8 years. They mechanics messed up and Riverside trying to find someone to pay for their screw up. More

We are from out of state, and our battery went dead. We fixed that on our own, but the oil service needed to be done, the battery cowling needed to be put back on, and the code for the radio, GPS map, etc fixed that on our own, but the oil service needed to be done, the battery cowling needed to be put back on, and the code for the radio, GPS map, etc needed to be reset. I called the evening before, Angie said to bring it in the next morning around 1030 (I was in the Hot Springs area). I got there at 930, they took the car in the shop immediately, got everything taken care of, and I was back out on the road in an hour. We will be moving to the central Ark area sometime this year, and we will definitely come back to this dealer and Angie. We will also consider them very strongly when we get ready to purchase another Acura. Thanks Angie for taking good care of us. More

I referred my girlfriend to take her Acura tl (2004) to this dealership to check on an issue that left her airbag light on and they treated her terribly , she say completely disenfranchised and swore she w this dealership to check on an issue that left her airbag light on and they treated her terribly , she say completely disenfranchised and swore she would never go back. Cut to a year later when she got a letter from Acura that said she might be subject to a airbag related recall(she already had airbag lights on) so she called to check how long it would take to check whether or not she was affected. After "checking" her vin number they told her that she could come by "whenever" so she showed up on a Tuesday at approximately 10am and was promptly told that she should have made an appointment .we/I will.never buy or service any vehicle here I suggest if you have an Acura in central Arkansas you should take it to Bale Honda on Chenal in little rock they know how to treat customers. More
