I chatted with a on line rep and they sent my info over to the store in little rock. shortly, after that I received a call from Connie. I end up with a 2017 Acura TLX for the less than the 2016. That was on a Thursday. I told her what I wanted and she jumped on it with no problem. That Friday eve my car was delivered to me. I stay in Mississippi, I stay about 3 hours away from Little Rock. however, they delivered my car to me with no additional charges or fees. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. The Team at Acura of Little Rock is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can't forget about the General Manager Adam, he was super nice and helped out a lot. Awesome team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

No hidden fees We are from out of town, but we purchased a car from Acura of Little Rock. They had the car we wanted and they gave us the price we wanted to pay. We worked out a price over the phone and there were no hidden fees or charges that were exposed after we committed to purchasing the car. Connie followed up multiple times to get some of the paperwork filled out before we drove up there. We had a few glitches before finally driving away but Connie stayed with us and worked it out until we were satisfied. More
AMAZINGLY Easy and Enjoyable Experience We went to Acura of Little Rock to "look" and get an idea of what we could get for our trade-in. William Hyden walked up and introduced himself, and We went to Acura of Little Rock to "look" and get an idea of what we could get for our trade-in. William Hyden walked up and introduced himself, and immediately we were at ease and knew we wanted to buy a vehicle from him. He was friendly, patient, and able to answer all of our questions. We found the vehicle we wanted, met the General Manager, Adam Culpepper (Such a genuinely nice guy), and in no time were presented with an offer we could not pass up. No haggling or questions - DONE! Adam is "hands-on". NOT the intimidating guy behind the two-way mirror or closed door! Everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and "at home". Clint Tarkington (Finance Manager) was as friendly, knowledgeable and as enjoyable to work with as William and Adam. Before we left, William introduced us to the Service Consultant, David Barkley. Great guy - like making a new friend! If you think you might want an Acura, please go see William Hyden and Adam! They will take excellent care of you. More

He was very knowledgeable, they provided me with a nice service car, and they replaced a drive train in one night. David delivered the SUV and took the service car, which was above and beyond...we live 45 minutes away from the dealership and all of our big maintenance will be done at this dealership from here on out. $2150 for drive train and new tires...I felt like their prices were competitive. Huge fan now! More
