Went to few NOVA and MD dealers and found Tischer has best price and great reviews both were important for me. I was fortunate to work with Mr. Simeon. I must say he has lots of patience and good product knowledge. He does everything possible to make sure his customers are happy. I got my RDX in 3-4 hours including all paper work which is incredible especially on weekends. I strongly recommend and thank Tischer and Mr. Simeon for helping in turning dream to reality for a luxurious car. More

Nike is our sales consultant and has always been with s Had a pleasant and smooth buying experience for our new 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Tech package. Nike is our sales consultant and has always been with smiles and willing to help, worked with us through e-mails and text messages finalizing the deal on the new MDX with additional back-up sensors installed. No need to mention all the knowledge Nike wanted to pass it on to my wife to make her feel comfortable dealing with the technology and details of operations. We did a test drive with FWD model but with same features, and Nike was explaining the safety features (lane departure warning, collision warning, blind spot alerts, lane keep assistance system etc.) from the back seat - and she was readily accepting our change of plans going to SH-AWD option with backup sensors added. The car was kept ready by the time we arrived at about 6 PM, and we are out with our new car in just about an hour! Tischer is quite convenient for us where we live, and without much of a trouble, we were able to get what we wanted. My wife is the happiest person for now as it was an upgrade from Honda Odyssey to MDX, and she already started loving the new car. The service people and manager of Tischer (Tim) are also excellent people - courteous and friendly, haven't seen any high sales pitch or pressure techniques to sell the vehicle. Recommend buying from Tischer Acura for trouble free experience. More

After numerous dealerships and test-driving some various cars, they were actually the third Acura dealership I went to. Clearly it's how you finish and not how you start because they ended up being the best in every manner!!! As a sales executives myself, I understand the true value of the customer experience and how vital it is to customer acquisition and retention. Tischer Acura has earned this from me, my family, my friends, and my clients. This automotive group should be honored and thankful to have Tony as part of their team! His no-pressure approach all while staying engaged with me and being very responsive to my financial requirements was the key factor in what separated you all from Norris and Frankel. Not to mention his personality and friendliness was a nice complement with his professionalism as well. In addition, Riley was always available when I needed him too. He was very approachable as a sales manager and was ways involved with everything. I would see him do everything from the financing, to the interaction with the customers, to pulling in the the vehicles into the showroom. Especially when he played a vital role in assiting Tony in accomadating my request tp have both my TLX's sitting inside the showroom floor for my wife to come see and pick which one she wanted. They even took it a step further by placing two huge red bows on them.....which I didnt even think or ask for. WOW!!!!!! Amazing experience and coming from someone that purchases a lot of cars (over 35 + in my life), I highly recomend these folks!!! Frank More

Quick and efficient service, very pleasant waiting area I came in for one recall notice and an oil change, and the dealer's repair shop found a second recall on my model which I didn't know about. They said they could take care of both recall services and the oil change in 2 hours, and the repairs only took 1 and 1/2 hours. The waiting area is clean with comfortable chairs and a large-screen TV, and both hot and cold drinks are provided free of charge. The atmosphere in the waiting area is so nice, in fact, that all the other folks waiting for their service are relaxed and we spent the entire time chatting with each other so that it seemed like I had been there only a few moments before the service manager personally came over to me to let me know my repairs were finished. This dealership really treats its customers like gold... even AFTER they buy a car! More
