"Excellent Service with a smile" My visit last week was just great. I've been taking my 2009 Acura TSX to Tischer for the last 3 years. Every time i take the car, I explain my car i My visit last week was just great. I've been taking my 2009 Acura TSX to Tischer for the last 3 years. Every time i take the car, I explain my car is losing oil between oil changes. Long story short, I take it and I speak with Frank in the service department. I explained to him with a little frustration in my voice the issue. He goes above and beyond and finds that Acura issued a bulletin pertaining to the car. I received my car back days earlier than promised. Frank, thanks for the excellent service. It's really good to know Tischer Acura employs such great staff such as yourself. Dunham More

Brought my Acura MDX for regular service. Service was outstanding brought my 2014 Acura MDX for A13 service. Mr. Ortiz helped me out even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. Quality ain't cheap! I went in for 150k mile service and A/C service and was shocked at the quote. I went ahead and had the service done and am very happy with the result I went in for 150k mile service and A/C service and was shocked at the quote. I went ahead and had the service done and am very happy with the results, but now very happy with the cost. I'm sure the dealer prices are pretty much the same, but the quote to change the spark plugs was $400 - ridiculous in my mind (yes, they have to pull the manifold to get to the back plugs, but who came up with THAT design?!!!). Anyway, my service rep (Jason Taylor) came up with some coupons and managed to reduce the price by a couple of hundred, for which I'm very grateful, but WOW - Nissan repairs are expensive! More

My service rep, Justin Taylor, was exceptionally nice and accommodating, making sure that the issue I had with the noise coming from one of the guard-rails on the roof of the car was fixed and he also made sure that I had loaner car to move around while my car was at the shop. The dealer and the service rep exceeded my expectation. I definitely would recommend Tischer to anyone for their auto needs! More
