Oil Change and Service I pulled up to the service bays and was brought in immediately. They were expecting me. I turned over my keys and then they took me to the customer I pulled up to the service bays and was brought in immediately. They were expecting me. I turned over my keys and then they took me to the customer waiting area. There was coffee, soda pop and pastries/muffins, all on the house. I likes that a lot. I sat down and enjoyed my snacks and within an hour my car was done and I went on my way. Great experience and will bring my car back for all future service needs. More
Kudos from a loyal customer I made an online appointment when my Service Reminder light came on. Mr. Pablo Ortiz signed me in and told me when I could expect my car to be ready. I made an online appointment when my Service Reminder light came on. Mr. Pablo Ortiz signed me in and told me when I could expect my car to be ready. He went above and beyond to be sure my car was ready before lunchtime so I would be on time for my Dr.'s appointment even including an alignment that was not quite yet due. Pablo was friendly and professional and even gave me his card for future visits or questions. I noticed the updated and welcomed changes in the waiting lounge as well. Way to go Tischer!!
