Mike is Amazing Our 2015 Acura RDX left my wife and I stranded in a parking lot. It seemed to be a faulty battery. I made one call to Mike at Tischer in Laurel to not Our 2015 Acura RDX left my wife and I stranded in a parking lot. It seemed to be a faulty battery. I made one call to Mike at Tischer in Laurel to notify him of the problem. In his always pleasant demeanor, Mike asked me to bring the vehicle into Tischer right away at my earliest convenience. Once at Tischer Mike greeted us at the counter, apologized for the incident and promised to get us going as soon as possible. I watched Mike as I waited for our vehicles battery replacement. He treats all his customers in the same manner with courtesy and respect. Mike ensured our car was washed and vacuumed prior to sending us on our way. Way to go Mike!....extremely professional!
