GREAT EXPERIENCE THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY 2014 ACURA RLX ON A SATURDAY AT AROUND 200 PM. I CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND THEY WERE SENDING ME TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY 2014 ACURA RLX ON A SATURDAY AT AROUND 200 PM. I CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND THEY WERE SENDING ME TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, WHICH I CALLED UP AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOT GOING TO ANYONE THERE TO TAKE THE CAR IN AT THAT TIME, SO I CALLED ACURA OF HUNTINGTON AND SPOKE TO STEPHEN PETROWSKI AND HE TOLD ME TO GET THE CAR TO HIM AND HE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. I GOT THERE AND THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN AND IT WAS FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR. I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM ISLAND ACURA AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GRIEF AND DISRESPECT FROM THEM, IT WAS VERY REFRESHING TO SEE A DEALERSHIP/SERVICE RUN CORRECTLY. Tom Aveni, the sales representative was very informative and never applied any pressure on me. Although my decision was quite easy because they gave me the best price on my vehicle. In addition, after I purchased my car, Tom Aveni spent a lot of time showing me how to use my GPS and other features in my car. He was so patient with and extremely nice.
