No games like talking to the manager for 20 minutes and Garrick was up front with all the info an great to work with. Took delivery 2 days later and that process as easy and honest as well. I was very hesistant to go to a car dealer to buy a used vehicle (regardless of the fact that it was certified) because of my experiences in the past. But after an exception recommendation from a friend I vehicle (regardless of the fact that it was certified) because of my experiences in the past. But after an exception recommendation from a friend I decided to "shop around" and see what they have in stock. First, Mr. Huie worked around my hectic schedule and met with me at a very late hour. I was greeted with an inviting and friendly attitude. And he took the time to explain and answer the millions of questions I had in regards to the vehicle I liked. I also had a trade-in and he had a manager appraise the value. In the end I felt I understood why my vehicle was at the trade in value I was given. He explained and offered many difference scenarios I could choose. After meeting with Mr. Huie, I had went home and discussed my experience at the dealership with my family and that night I had made a decision. I usually don't make a decision so quick but I felt I would not be cheated after Mr. Huie had gone over my options with me. On the day of the pick up, the paperwork was ready, and he went through every single detail of the contract and the papers that I was signing. He then took me to look at the car I was purchasing, taking the time to explain every detail and feature of the vehicle. I felt I was extremely well informed of my purchase. I drove the vehicle home, after a couple of hours I received a phone call from Mr. Huie and was asked if everything was ok with the vehicle. I was shocked that he had called to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I felt I received Personal Service with this salesman. I am an extremely satisfied customer. I'm going to recommend this salesperson to family, friends and even strangers! More
