Love my new RDX! When I finally decided I wanted an Acura RDX I wasn't sure what dealership to go to so I went to one of the car sites and they matched me with a few b When I finally decided I wanted an Acura RDX I wasn't sure what dealership to go to so I went to one of the car sites and they matched me with a few but they were all on the South Shore so I decided to check out Acura of Huntington website. I saw an RDX I liked and put my contact info in and within a few minutes I was contacted. I stopped by that evening to see what was available. I worked with Rich and he told me about all the features the Advance model had and we talked about color. I wanted a White with Parchment interior, but would accept two other colors. Had my Toyota appraised and got a good price so we went forward with the paperwork and Rich said he would contact me as soon as they located my color. A few days later Rich contacted me and said they found the car but when they went to get it it wasn't the Advance package so I told him I would accept the Kona Coffee color. Picked it up the next day and I was extremely pleased with the color - Rich was right he said I would like it. He went over the car with me and made me feel comfortable taking my new car home. I was very comfortable working with Rich, he has a great personality that made me feel at ease and I felt no pressure. I told him what payment I wanted and he gave me options to reach that. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Even picking up the car was so simple, I wasn't shuffled around to different people to sign things Rich had all the paperwork and it took maybe 5 minutes to sign. It was the best experience I ever had at a dealership and Rich was the reason. I have to also say that from the minute I walked into the dealership I was greeted and asked if I wanted anything then introduced to Rich. Rich thank you for the pleasant experience! More
