Service costs a little more, but get more for your money! In general I always go back to this dealer, even for little things. Remotes on my old MDX lasted 10 years - never went dead! Have this MDX for 30 months and now they're low? Service dept said was very common with new remotes as they do so much more than years ago (and I have remote "starter" too). No problem but I thought it was covered under warranty. Found out when I got the bill it's not covered. Less than $20 to replace for both Remotes so no big deal. Just would have been nice to know before I was Invoiced. Got me out of there just in time for my next appointment and coffee/snacks/comfortable waiting area always available and clean! More
