The Benchmark for Service Visited the service shop to fix a broken rear windshield wiper (too much snow). I was greeted by my usual service rep Charlie, so I knew I was in goo Visited the service shop to fix a broken rear windshield wiper (too much snow). I was greeted by my usual service rep Charlie, so I knew I was in good hands and will be treated right. He informed me that it was just a new wiper cover and it was only $25 and got me in and out in no time...and even washed my car. I've been to this shop a few times (routine maintenance) and Charlie has been 5 stars each and every time. He is an invaluable asset to that business and will treat you like family. Amazing vehicle, incredible customer service by Charlie = lifelong customer. Keep up the good work Charlie! More

I will never step foot in this dealership again after General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered the assistant Service Manager Charles Wiener do not service my 2014 TL for oil change and New York State inspection today 3/17/2018. The two main reasons the General manager Joseph Bellavia ordered to refuse to serve my 2014 Acura TL are: 1, after I questioned about my last oil change which dealer put in the wrong oil, 0-W20 instead of 5-W20 for my SH-AWD. I entrusted this dealer and never questioned anything were done on the past. Until before today’s service appointment, I looked at my last oil change record done in this dealer and found the dealer out wrong engine oil to my Acura TL with SH-AWD. I brought this issue to Mr. Weiner & Mr. Bellavia and expressed my very unsatisfied that this simple oil change could get so wrong. The general manager Mr. Bellavia had feeling I will not give the dealer a good review for today’s service if my TL were serviced, when I receive the service questionnaires. 2, I didn’t purchase my Acura TL from this Huntington dealer in order to honor other Acura dealer’s coupon as promised at last service. On the past, I always got calls from the Charles after each service to give them highest rating on review. I did a five stars review for them. NOW YOU KNOW HOW THESE FIVE STARS REVIEWS COME FROM. – I will follow up with the Acura Customer Service and share my experience in this space later. To be continued… More
