Horrible Experience I walked into Huntington Acura looking for a specific vehicle as other Acura dealerships did not have what I was looking for. We were approached by Ad I walked into Huntington Acura looking for a specific vehicle as other Acura dealerships did not have what I was looking for. We were approached by Adam Zimmer to find out that they had the vehicle I was looking for all along. After a few discussions over pricing (some of which he told me the wrong pricing) a deposit was put down. As soon as I put my deposit down his attitude changed. He was rude, condescending and treated me like a child. After this, although this dealership had the car I could not find anywhere else, I refused to purchase the vehicle and went with a different dealership. Perhaps another sales person would've provided me with a better experience, but I guess I will never know. P.S. It took 3 people and almost 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls to finally get my deposit back. More
