He was super attentive and willing to go above and beyond to get us a good deal. You could tell he was a gogether and had to go back a few times with his management to negotiate on our behalf. Unfortunately, management never came to talk to us directly which made this part of the process unnecessarily lengthy. Luckily Mohammed was not deterred and willing to negotiate for us multiple times till finding a good mutual deal. Personally, I would recommend the dealership, but mostly Mohammed. Service Review I was driving my 2011 MDX when a message that my battery was critically low and as a result my car could stall at any time was displayed. I happened t I was driving my 2011 MDX when a message that my battery was critically low and as a result my car could stall at any time was displayed. I happened to be by Aura of Huntington and I drove in without an appointment. Angel was the service person who assisted me. I explained he problem. He took me in immediately. Within a half-hour Angel informed me that I needed a new battery. The vehicle also needed a NYS inspection and my windshield needed to be replaced due to a chip that spread as a result of the cold weather. Upon the inspection it was noted that I needed new brakes. I also requested to have the vehicle detailed. Angel was very pleasant and professional. His explanation of the issues was detailed, concise and to the point. He provided a loaner car and had me out of the dealer within an hour. When I picked up the car I was extremely satisfied with the work and the car looked great! Thank you Angel. Acura of Huntington has been servicing my MDX since they opened. I have been extremely happy with there work and I give them a 5 star rating. More
