Where do I start? After a few years of business, I was highly disappointed in what transpired today regarding an issue with my ZDX. The staff member in service over the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off when I was explaining my issue. As I was making my way to the dealership, I received a phone call from Joe M. (Manager) who right away was accusatory in his comments as to how the phone interaction went. What type of "manager" calls a customer without hearing their side of what happened? Well, Joe does. I then reached out to my sales representative, Javier R., and was told, via text, to take my car to Rallye Acura where I purchased it for the service. I was gravely disappointed in the actions taken by both Joe and Javier as we had a beyond amicable relationship previously. They may seem fair and honest in the beginning, but please believe that it is a scam and ploy to earn your business. I’ve now leased two cars and bought one from Kai at Acura of Huntington. With both leases I walked in and left with a new car the same day. He knows the cars, recommends the best options for you, offers a fa of Huntington. With both leases I walked in and left with a new car the same day. I have been experiencing some issues with my !***This dealership is a complete nightmare and clearly doesn’t care to sell defected cars to customers. I have been experiencing some issues with my 2020 Acura RDX that have been quite frustrating. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that the brakes had a defect just a month prior to my purchase. Despite the dealership's assurances that the issue had been resolved, I have continued to experience problems with the brakes. Additionally, the moonroof on my Acura RDX has been making cracking sounds, which have also been identified as a known issue in place. This has been an ongoing annoyance during my drives, and despite attempts to address the problem with the dealership, the issue persists. Even after I took it to get fully replaced within 30 days of purchase, which Is quite ridiculous that I had to take it to get replaced to begin with. Furthermore, the speakers in the car have been producing a cracking sound and occasional static, affecting the quality of my audio experience. While the dealership has attempted to repair the speakers under warranty, the problem seems to reoccur shortly after each service visit. I’ve been to the service department about 4 times since I purchased the car mid February. I have made several attempts to reach out to the dealership manager Joseph Matajy to address these issues, but unfortunately, I have not been able to connect with him and the one time I was finally able to speak to him the only solution offered was me trading in the vehicle that I literally just purchased from them at a trade in value that’ll put me at a loss. can’t help to feel like I’m getting scammed at this point. Overall, while I appreciate the features and performance of the Acura RDX, the recurring issues with the brakes, moonroof, and speakers have been very disappointing. This is still an ongoing issue and I hope that the dealership can provide a lasting solution to my problem, I live about an hour and a half drive from this dealership and the only reason why I went to them was because I relied on all the good reviews, it is sad to say that for me this has been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. More
This is what all dealership experiences should be modeled after! From the initial phone call the night before my arrival I knew I found the right place (not an easy task these days). Polite, knowledgeable staff that gave me 5 star service from beginning to end. No issues whatsoever! The car is awesome and the entire buying experience was a pleasure. I’m 52 years old and have purchased at least a dozen cars in my life and this tops them all. Thanks to Kai, Rhandal and the rest of the staff for making this as easy as “picking up a pizza”. More
Kai and Joe were so amazing helping me find the perfect color car when my original wasn’t available.
