Excellent Service As Always! I went to the service department for an Acura recall. As always, the waiting area was spotless and effectively set up per CDC guidelines about COVID. I was greeted in the service area promptly and with a smile. Once my service was complete Keith Davis came out to let me know what was done, and we chatted for a few minutes. Keith is one of my favorites. The service department have never disappointed me and this is my 3rd Acura at this dealership. They are the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in an Acura!! More

As always, Acura of Berlin doesn’t disappoint! After months of not driving but needing an oil change, the service department was able to squeeze me in last minute because I was driving out of state.
