Talk about service My current lease was up (BMW) and since I had decided to take some time off (quit my job), I was in no hurry for a new car. After trips to Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes, out last stop was at Acura of Auburn. I saw 2 models I loved and Zach gave me the details on both. He answered my 87 questions, professional and patiently. He knew I wanted to lease so we got that out of the way pretty quickly, giving me the numbers for each just in case that would be a factor in y choice, which it was! I decided on a SUV, signed what I needed to sign AN AMAZING DEAL AND PAYMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND, NOT 1 PENNY MORE! Guess what? I changed my mind, returned to the dealer first thing the next morning and Nat the sales manager helped me. He too was professional and patient! The sales team and the service team have always been professional, friendly and worked with me as a partner in deciding on both car purchases and repair decisions. They negotiate reasonably and tranparently and are focused on building a long term relationship vs. making the most money on a single transaction. This is the only dealership in my 40+ years of car buying with which I haven't needed a shower after dealing with the salesmen. I heartily recommend them for any purchase or lease, be it new, pre-owned or used. More

I had never leased a car before but they showed me the advantages of leasing vs buying. I typically only drive 8,000 to 10,000 miles a year since I retired and after my husband and I went over their figures for a few days, we agreed with the dealer that a leasing plan made more sense for our situation. Denny & Nate were a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely buy from them again and I love my RDX. More
