I haven't bought a new car in over 25 years. I was sticking to 1 to 2 year cars until this recent purchase of an Acura MDX. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience. That is not the vibe you get at Acura of Auburn. Huge thanks to Don, Ken and Erica for all of their help! More

Wen I went to drop off my car for a recall Geralyn or how ever you spell her name was no help they didn’t accommodate me what’s so ever..after I booked my appointment with them for a loaner I was told no we ever you spell her name was no help they didn’t accommodate me what’s so ever..after I booked my appointment with them for a loaner I was told no we only have u down for drop off not a loaner mind you I made sure to verify about 2x if I was alset before hanging up that call while booking that appointment so I was rescheduled and sent away after driven an hour there and back! Ever since I purchased my vehicle and drove off from that lot,there service suck i understand mistake happen but wen it’s all the time and they seem not to care to help Or accommodate it’s very rude and unprofessional I can continue with the problems with them but ima just leave it with there service is terrible More
I agreed to purchase a 2017 Acura RDX. Signed all paperwork, financing, etc., arranged to pick it up in a couple of days. After I got home, I realized I hadn't looked carefully at the ti Signed all paperwork, financing, etc., arranged to pick it up in a couple of days. After I got home, I realized I hadn't looked carefully at the tire wear. I called the salesperson and asked if the tires were in good shape - received a yes. When I went to pick up the car, I brought my tire gauge and found all the tires to be marginal. The sales manager scoffed at my assessment and said he had never seen a tire gauge tool. I pondered whether I would cancel the deal, which I did not. Three months later, I went to another Acura dealer and had them assess the tires. They pointed out cracks and the date codes were from 2016. Shame on me for not looking at the date codes. Tires with date codes older than 5 years are suspect. I bought 4 new tires plus 4 wheel alignment from the other dealer for $869.00. This should never have happened since I have had all three of my prior Acura TSXs serviced at Acura of Auburn, and probably spent over $10000 there. Their otherwise excellent service department is now shamed by this event. Buyer beware. More

Madison, Ken, and Matty were all great! A very positive car-buying experience. The certified pre-owned MDX we bought from them is beautiful. Terrible customer service! Just went in to get a code for the radio because the battery (number 4 btw) they just replaced failed completely knocking out all the presets and requiring a code to access. After I complained they finally gave me the code, with not one word of apology for the failed battery or how I was treated. More
A huge thank you to Ken, Alex, and Zack for helping me purchase my new Acura TLX! I was dreading this task but was pleasantly surprised when the team pulled out all the stops to actually make buying a car purchase my new Acura TLX! I was dreading this task but was pleasantly surprised when the team pulled out all the stops to actually make buying a car an enjoyable experience. Ken, Alex, and Zack patiently answered my questions, addressed every concern, and helped me compare the TLX to other models so I could make the most informative decision possible. Very early on in my visit I felt at ease and we even shared some good laughs. The guys were genuinely interested that this vehicle fit my needs and was within my price range. I was disappointed I'd have to pick up my car in the rain and after dark but the guys had my car inside, beautifully cleaned and decked out with a bow. A special shout out to Alex who stayed after hours in the car ensuring I felt comfortable with the basics before I drove away. He even gave me his own phone cord so he could demonstrate how my phone works with the car. Later that week I went in for service to add splash guards to the car and all three of the guys came to say hello and see if I was enjoying my car! Thank you all for your personal service. I wholeheartedly recommend the folks at Acura of Auburn without hesitation!👏😀 More
