Great dealership I came out of state and bought the vehicle I have been looking for. Car was ready and this dealership did a vehicle inspection, which made me feel at ease. A part was ordered and replaced on my Volvo. The part did not fix the problem, so I took it back to be worked on again. It still is not fixed. I left a message asking what the next step woul The part did not fix the problem, so I took it back to be worked on again. It still is not fixed. I left a message asking what the next step would be. That was 4 days ago, (including a 2-day weekend), and I have not heard back. When I called Service, after the part was replaced, I called and left a message three days in a row, and no one returned my call. I called the 4th time and finally spoke to someone in Service. I'll call again tomorrow in hopes of getting this problem resolved. More

Jorge was respectful & nice but I'm disappointed with the overall service. I've had to chase him to get spots on my car repainted. I still have yet to hear back. Yesterday, your Volvo employee Jesus Salazar took initiative and extended extraordinary service to me. Even though it was lunchtime and my issue was not his responsibility, he recognized a way to hel initiative and extended extraordinary service to me. Even though it was lunchtime and my issue was not his responsibility, he recognized a way to help and he acted immediately. Because of his help and follow up until the problem was resolved, I avoided extra trips back to the dealership ( I live an hour away). He is bright, respectful and extremely capable. He could and should exceed his current position with Volvo. In my opinion Jesus Salazar gives Volvo a good name. More

I had searched for a Ford Explorer Limited with specific options for several weeks. I would find one and it would sell before I could get to it. Well I was on my way from the the other side of Birmingham options for several weeks. I would find one and it would sell before I could get to it. Well I was on my way from the the other side of Birmingham to West Ga to purchase one we found but it was not exactly what we wanted. When I saw the post from Acura of Athens that they had one but photos were on the way. I messaged Billy and he quickly got me photos and and video of the vehicle. We made a deal as I was driving and he waited on me till I got there two hours after closing. I would say they went above and beyond. More
