Our experience with Acura North Scottsdale was a pleasant one. However it did not start out that way. My husband and I had visited the dealership two months prior to purchasing our vehicle. We found that the vehicles were priced, pretty fairly according to the current market. We knew that there was little wiggle room to negotiate. Upon returning on June 29, we arrived near closing. Jordan Crump and Charles Watson assisted us in our buying process. Jordan was very professional and knowlegeable regarding the MDX features and sales. Charles was very efficient and professional in completing our paperwork in under two hours. He was staight to the point and courteous. We received a follow up call from Mike in service. We were very impressed how they all took the time we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase.
