Have been going to this dealership for service on our MDX since 2017. Just bought an ADX so we are now a two Acura family! Service is great at Acura North Scottsdale.

Ricardo Garcia is an amazing Service Advisor, at Acura, he took care of me from beginning to end. I made an appointment for an oil change and requested to see him as he had helped me a a while back with a recall. He was very professional and personable so I requested to work with him again. While there my vehicle was inspected and a nail was found in one of my tires , no air was leaking yet but it could not be fixed. I was advised to purchase a new tire and change my air filters. I also had a crack in my windshield and hoped that would be taken care of while there ( or at least get the process started ). I live about an hour away from the dealership and was prepared to drive back another day to get all the work done as I needed my car for work the following day. To my surprise , Ricardo loaned me a vehicle, therfore I was able to leave my car and have all issues taken care of including my windshield ! I was so impressed by the level of service provided by Ricardo that I bragged about it to my coworkers who shared with me their not so fortunate stories about other dealership service centers they'd worked with and did not come close to level of service provided by Acura of North Scottdale Service Center. I'm very happy I purchased my vehicle here and would recommend this dealership and Ricardo to anyone I know.

Have dealt with them for 22 years and found them to be timely, courteous, and good at their job. Trevor Karnas was especially helpful this past week; he kept me informed as my car was having work done.

First rate as always! Kudos to Matt who “keeps the trains running on time”. He and team always take the extra step!
