I was searching for a dealership since many in AZ seem to struggle with customer service. Upon reaching out to Acura North Scottsdale, I connected with Bailey Hapke via email and phone. We communicated through texts, and I believed we had established a trusted relationship. Subsequently, she introduced me to the finance manager, Mr. Trevor Guy. They created an impression that this was the best dealership until today. After receiving approval for an Acura, my husband test drove an SUV with Bailey and was impressed, feeling it was the right place for us. However, today, when discussing other options, they ceased responding to me. Bailey stopped communicating via text, Elle, the sales asset, didn't respond to my son, and Trevor, despite multiple emails, and a phone call directly to his desk, remained unresponsive. I've been dealing with this location since November, and their sudden lack of communication contradicts the care they initially portrayed. Upon emailing the GM, I received a generic response from Trevor, stating that their location does not want to proceed with my transaction. There was no phone call or explanation. I find their treatment of me and my family disappointing. As of now, I still haven't heard back from Bailey. I will never recommend this dealership to friends, family, or coworkers. It's advisable to avoid everyone I've mentioned and consider other options else where. More
I bought a used 2015 Santa Fe there. It had a bad shimmy on the freeway and after I had it a few days realized it was leaking oil all over my garage. Brandon Lee sold me the car. He was fine until I had a problem and left him messages and he never answered his phone and never got back to me. So I called his sales manager Caelen. Answered the phone right away. But the check had cleared and apparently the love was gone, he told me to bring it in but he said it was a used car and hoped I realized that and there were really no guarantees (well multi-point check but what exactly do they check and 3 month limited warranty but they don't say anything about the limited part). I really felt like he was using anything to get out of responsibility and felt kind of dirty after talking to him. So then Stephan from the service department called after a couple hours. I must say after that things got so much better, I was talking to a guy who wanted to solve problems and help me, not just scurry away. Took the car in, they fixed the leak no problem and rebalanced one of the front wheels which totally fixed the shimmy. So sales department zero stars, service department 5 stars, guess that averages out to 3 stars. More
