Stress free!?? If I had known it was going to be as easy and stress free to buy a car, and had I found you sooner I would have had a car months ago! My mom is Donna, If I had known it was going to be as easy and stress free to buy a car, and had I found you sooner I would have had a car months ago! My mom is Donna, luckily, she co-signed for me, and it took less than two days to drive home in my own car! That I LOVE! I never once felt or thought I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes, I felt so comfortable being there! It was truly an awesome experience! I highly highly recommend this car dealership to everyone! Awesome personalities, we had a few laughs, and my kids loved it there. I went in with a budget, and not once was I pushed into any extras or an even more expensive car. My payments are actually a lot lower than when I went to a different used car dealership a few years back and got totally screwed. Again you guys are awesome! Impressive Sales Experience I was in the market for a new Tundra Truck and did research prior to stopping in at Acton Toyota. To be thorough I stopped in at three dealerships in I was in the market for a new Tundra Truck and did research prior to stopping in at Acton Toyota. To be thorough I stopped in at three dealerships in total to compare the initial sales interaction. All I can say is that Acton far exceeded my expectations in the purchase process. The other dealers were OK however Acton provided a "Make you feel comfortable" experience which sold me as to who I wanted to do business with. Steve Kiviat was my Sales rep and worked with me in obtaining the exact model I was looking for. We discussed the specifics and negotiated down to a final price (which was fair in my opinion). I further interacted with Jack Lloyd who walked me through the fiance process and explained the available payment and service options. Both reps where pleasant to deal with, worked through all the requirements and I never felt any pressure whatsoever. My positive Acton experience changed my preconceived notion of what happens during a car dealer sales process. My kudos to the Acton dealership and both reps I dealt with.
