It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had from a car dealership. Acton Toyota of Littleton fulfilled its Mission Statement : A Simple, Honest and Guaranteed Purchase Experience. Jack Burke, my Certified Sales Representative, was a pleasure to work with. Jack was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, patient, humorous and a good listener. I test drove several Toyota Cars with Jack Burke before I made my final decision on the car that I wanted. He was extremely patient with me throughout the whole car buying experience. Jack never made me feel stressed and pressured during the whole car buying experience. I was comfortable and very relaxed during the whole process and excited to buy a new car. I wanted a Toyota RAV4 with certain exterior and interior colors. Acton Toyota of Littleton did not have the car that I desired. Jack Burke went the extra mile and got the car that I wanted from another Toyota Dealer in a dealer swap. He did it in a very timely and efficient manner. Also, I dealt with Joe Tosi, Financial Services Manager. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful and humorous. Joe explained to my wife and I many credit financing options that would satisfy our budget and improve our cash flow needs. In addition, he suggested adding several options to our Toyota RAV4 that would protect it beyond its normal warranty period and add to its resale value. Bob Was Fantastic as Was the Entire Staff I found the car I was looking for via an online listing and took a ride up to see it. I live just over an hour away from the location but it was exac I found the car I was looking for via an online listing and took a ride up to see it. I live just over an hour away from the location but it was exactly the car I wanted. Bob (my sales consultant) provided me with as much background on the vehicle as possible which I found very helpful in my decision. I was able to drive the car but wasn't ready to make a commitment. Bob followed up with me but in no was was it a push follow up. I then proceeded to compare 2 cars with lower mileage. What I quickly found was the experience I had at these other dealerships was not what made me comfortable. There was a lot of, "what price do we need to be at in order to make this deal today", or, "oh, that car is $1000 more if you don't finance with us." It seemed to be a lot of games. What I kept coming back to was my experience with the first car and with Bob. Immediately after leaving the second dealership I called Bob. The car was still available and we were able to get things started right over the phone. I actually had 2 trade-in's. The first came in right on target but the second was a little lower than I expected. However, they did share with me the auction reports which showed what the cars were selling for at Auction (I was not trading in a $20,000 car, it was an auction car) which showed that they were truly right in the ballpark. Showed up to pick up the car and it was nicely cleaned and ready to go. A little paperwork and I was back on the road. It was truly a refreshing experience. Not every answer was exactly what I wanted but each one was supported with solid reasoning. In the end, I got the car I wanted for very close to what I wanted to spend. But more importantly, I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Finding a new (to me/you) vehicle should not be a stressful event but one that can be enjoyed. It's exciting. And thanks to Bob and the rest of the staff I had that experience. More
