He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. He gave me updates when he got them. He always responded to any concern. The day the car was delivered, he was there and called to tell me. Jack took time to make sure every thing was taken care of, first oil change appointment, made sure rewards card was activated, hooked my phone to the car/Bluetooth, set the radio stations and showed me how to work it, and made me aware of other features in the car. Jack is personable, friendly, positive, with a great sense of humor. He went out of his way to be helpful. He knows his stuff.
