I knew the model, the year and the amount I could spend, and that I wanted I bought my last car at Acton Toyota 11 years ago, so I went there again. I knew the model, the year and the amount I could spend, and that I wanted a certified used vehicle. The salesman promptly showed me what was available that matched my wishes, showed me one or two cars that were slightly above my budget, and knowing that a car of the type and vintage I wanted had just arrived at the dealership, he showed it to me too. As luck would have it, it fit the bill perfectly. No up-selling, no don't you want something better, fancier etc. He just sold me what I wanted. What more can you ask for? The financial guy (Chris Wright) was excellent too: friendly, humorous, informative etc. More

There are no gimmicks, no games, or hoops to jump through. I originally went back to work with Michael Capizzi, he helped me originally with my 2013 Venza and made that a seamless transaction. Mike was tied up and didn't want us to wait long, and referred us to Jack Burke. Even with that one action of being referred, that should tell you they really care about the customer experience instead of just getting a sale. Jack Burke helped me find the perfect car, a 2015 Camry SE Hybrid with very low miles. Originally I wasn't sure what I wanted, and was thinking between a few models but I was looking at new only, and Jack said you know they have really great financing now on certified pre-owned vehicles, there is this great Camry SE hybrid. I fell in love with the car, had the added feature of getting seat warmers installed. It was a seamless transaction, no hassle on my part. When I picked it up, it was sporting a nice red ribbon, and I received some nice flowers ( honestly above what I have ever experienced at other dealerships, it was unexpected but nice, added personal touch.) Jack helped me get settled in with all the new features, buttons, settings, and helped me get all my personal belongings moved into my new car. Whether I'm buying a car or getting my vehicle serviced, I really cannot recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton enough. Whether I'm there for getting cars or for the service department, I have not had a bad experience with them. More

He was direct, honest, disagreed with me on some things (which I appreciated, he actually thought I did not need some of the bells and whistles that I got) I ended up getting some of then in any case but I did appreciate his viewpoint. Let me point out that I am a 68 year old grandmother and was determined to get a Prius lll or IV. Which I did get and love BTW. Jack is a no B.S. kind of guy and I am so happy to have worked with him. He continues to help me with questions and the like. Will recommend Jack and this dealership without reservation to family and friends in a heartbeat. More
