Bob Gaudet was my salesman, and he was quite friendly and helpful. The finance manager was also very helpful. They took my info and said they would contact the banks and see what rates they could get. My credit is not perfect, and a few banks gave higher rates than others. They kept working to get the lowest rate. They did all this without trying to force me to agree to buy the car (like the Toyota dealership in Lancaster). In addition, these guys met me at the DMV in CT to register my vehicle. They had all the paperwork and made sure nothing went wrong. More
