Steve Kaviat worked with me and explained the various sensor systems available on the RAV4. .His explanation of the various sensor stems available as well as his followed up demonstration was excellent. As a result, I switched from purchase to lease in order to take advantage of the evolving sensor systems in 3 years. Steve's attention to my requirements, his patience in explaining the various system, help in choosing the right car, and his follow through in them leasing process made this car purchase as the best ever.
