Jack Burke was the sales person who helped me with my purchase. I explained that I was looking for a 2017 RAV 4 XLE and listed which options I wanted, he price out a new RAV and a certified RAV. I ended up purchasing a certified 2017 RAV4 XLE on the advice of Jack. He showed all of the extra options that came with the certified RAV4 and that made my decision easy in buying the certified RAV4.
