He was soft spoken and thorough and I had my quote in my email shortly thereafter. I visited the dealership quite a few times to refine the deal and test drive the car a few times. All these visits were pleasant. Eventually I made a deal and put down a deposit for the car. The only aspect of the deal that I would dock as reviewer was the pressured back and forth exchange of the finance guy who was trying to sell me an extended warranty. Otherwise, I picked up my car on the expected delivery date and felt I was treated extremely well by Chris, my salesman throughout the process. More
