My Third Time At Acton Toyota! I had bought a car at Acton Toyota or Bob Moran's twice before, and both experiences were so easy and pleasant that I can't imagine trading in my Sola I had bought a car at Acton Toyota or Bob Moran's twice before, and both experiences were so easy and pleasant that I can't imagine trading in my Solara (from the second time) for my next car anywhere else. This time, I worked with Jack Burke, who, upon my request, kept an eye out for any cars that come in and fit my criteria. On a couple of visits, while I waited for the Solara to be serviced, he advised me about cars I was interested in--it was like talking with a friend who was a car nut. He was so patient, I kept adding other cars to track for the last few months. Finally, I saw one, a 2014 Camry, on the net one night, and, not wanting to lose it, I phoned the dealership next day, a workday. Jack's manager, Wellington Pereira, told me I can hold the car for a deposit. If I change my mind later, I get the money back, no problem. When I arrived the following day, it was still there. Jack was ready and waiting for me. He explained all the paperwork involved and walked me through the steps of the process in plain English. Another Jack, of the Finance Dept., helped me with the payment concerns, spelling everything out. All three of these employees were professional and courteous, making it easy to ask questions, to which they give straight answers in simple, plain terms. So, without any trouble and in little time, I said goodbye to my old blue baby and hello to my new red ride! AND you can bet I'll bring this baby back for another one to Acton Toyota in a few years--making it SALE NO. 4!!! More

After searching for three weeks, and finding out the insurance company was not going to pay for our rental any longer, we found a Hylander we liked on the internet and it happeded to be at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I could not have had a better car buying experience! We worked with Dan McCarron and he was straight forward, honest and absoultely no pressure. Very knowledgable about the car and all of its features. Completely patient as I looked everything over with a fine tooth comb. My husband and I ran into an issue with our bank closing for the day and could not get the check on time. Disappointed that we would still have to pay for our rental we had, Dan offered us a rental from the dealership free of charge! We were stunned, and so thankful. The financing department was very knowlegdable and again, absoultely no pressure for any add-ons or extended waranties. The building was state of the art, and everyone there was very friendly and accomodating. I will be recommending Dan, and Acton Toyota of Littleton to everyone! Can't wait to pick up my Highlander! Great Customer service I reached out to Acton Toyota via an online inquiry regarding a used truck they had in stock. The next day Dan McCarron reached out to me to check my I reached out to Acton Toyota via an online inquiry regarding a used truck they had in stock. The next day Dan McCarron reached out to me to check my availability on making an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. He was kind enough to make a video of the truck prior to my arrival. Upon meeting with Dan he showed me the truck and handed over the keys so my wife and I can take a test drive without the salesman (no pressure). After returning we discussed how things went and sat down to talk finance. I eventually walked away that night to think things over. Again he didn't hassle me and badger me with threats of the truck disappearing. Ultimately after thinking things through I reached out to dan again to make arrangements for purchase of the truck. Dan was helpful throughout the entire process and will not pressure you to buy something that isn't right for you. He will listen and give his sincere advice. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased through a dealer and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I've had thus far.
