Brian was very helpful and friendly throughout the transaction. Everything was taken care of seamlessly. They even picked me up from the train station when I came to get the car. When I showed up, it was ready and waiting for me with a bow on the windshield and everything. Everyone I dealt with was great. They really made me feel good about my purchase. And now, a couple weeks later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase and feel that I got a pretty great deal for what really is the perfect car for me (and it actually fits in my parking space!). The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful through every step of the test drive and buying process. Unfortunately, two days after I bought the car a small crack formed in the windshield from a chip that had been previously repaired by Toyota's glass specialist. To their credit, Toyota sent a person to my home the next day to inspect and fix the chip and crack. The person who did the repair indicated that the original chip had been improperly repaired and the fix he made unfortunately made the chip much more visible (although he did a good job and as best as he could to fix it so no further issues will arise). The fix is obvious and is directly in the line of vision of the driver, but Toyota will not replace the windshield at this point after the car passes inspection as the car is deemed technically "safe". I would have liked them to have admitted that since the improper repair was done by their shop that they would replace the windshield, but they did not see a problem with this. More

Also, when 1 key fob wasn't right they replaced it. they also got me a new manual for the car. I had the car 4 months now, and I love it. I fill up 1x/month- getting 40mpg+ (always). The leather interior is awesome- and I love all the hand free features. Couldn't be happier. More

Great Experience my fiancé and I are very pleased with the personal service we receive at Toyota of Acton Annex. We've been to other locations where it felt like other my fiancé and I are very pleased with the personal service we receive at Toyota of Acton Annex. We've been to other locations where it felt like other employees and customers are joining in on our purchase and it felt kind of awkward. I believe it's a selling strategy they use. This is our second purchase from Acton Toyota and the quality of the cars has been great! All that needs to be done is maintenance. The price of both cars we purchase has always been below the book value of the car. Brian is very helpful with our purchase. It felt like more of our choice rather than a selling pitch being pressed into us. He gave us the knowledge of the car and left the choice to us. Plus since my prior car was a total loss he gave us information that showed accurate book value and I was able to counter the low ball total loss offer and nearly get double back. We appreciate our experience. Thanks! More
