We narrowed it to two models, and Andrew helped us weigh the pros and the cons on each vehicle. We decided on one and the negotiations went easily, settling on a price that worked for us. When I arrived, Brian had the car right out front, ready for a test drive. He answered my few questions, but otherwise handed me the keys and told me to enjoy the ride. I almost did a double-take--you're not going to insist on coming with me? I appreciated being able to try out the car on my own. When I got back, we chatted about the price, my trade-in, and my interest in making a deal. Once we got the deal done, Brian made sure the car was washed, vacuumed, tank full--all of this, even though they were short-staffed on a Sunday. He also followed up with me AFTER he purchase to make sure I got the extra key. It's small touches like these made me feel comfortable making such a big decision with the folks at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. A final note: Scott Doherty, who handles the finances, was never pushy, never put on the "hard sell" on the extras--he treated me with respect. More

Andrew and his manager, along with the individual who evaluated a possible trade-in were nothing but professional and offered bottom line for the cars as soon as we sat down. I expected to have to go back and forth several times like we did last time, but they came back with what I knew from research to be a reasonable price for their car. They also offered a very reasonable price for my trade in. What a relief, and a pleasure to work with this dealership. We will definitely be repeat customers! More
