No communication, told me 3 different times they would call back, never did. After replacing my headlight lamps, now my headlights and brights are out of line. Appointment for oil change and tire rotation, 1:00 p. m. Got there 5 minutes early. Cashier mentioned recall, I told her not the mess with it. At 2:15 they told me that I needed a new cabin filter, would m. Got there 5 minutes early. Cashier mentioned recall, I told her not the mess with it. At 2:15 they told me that I needed a new cabin filter, would cost another $73 and take 15 more minutes. Finally got my van at 2:45. They didn't tell me it was going to cost another $38 to change the filter. They didn't give me the usual car wash. The icons on the media screen were messed up (they tried to fix the recall). I got a tech to look at it, and he messed with it for several minutes and told me there was nothing wrong with it. On the way home I tried to adjust the cabin temperature and could not because, as I had told the tech. Brought van back, tech fixed it. Went to town for groceries, kept hearing dragging sound. Looked under van and saw some kind of lid dragging. Took it back and tech fixed it. I spent the entire afternoon getting my car fixed. Why were all the usual people gone? I liked them. The new ones were pleasant, but I didn't feel very good about the service in the end. More
