Jordan was in regular contact through the process. However, the tech working the vehicle only checked items that needed service and cleared alerts but failed to resolve the battery light on the dash. Vehicle was returned on the Monday after picking up the prior Friday with issue unresolved. Tech's initial diagnoses to the car returning was the alternator needs replaced which was clearly stated to staff that this shop worked this Spring. More
