Setup an appointment for Fiday 12/6 @ 9:00 am. Dropped my 24 Ram off Thursday evening. Truck making a chirping noise at idle and also on engine shutoff. Had the noise on video and video was shown to mechanic and service advisor Hayley Rinehart. Also had problem with fuel economy getting worse over time with no change in driving. Friday i had to call Hayley around 1:30 for updates and they hadn't even looked at the truck yet. 9:00 am appointment time. Completely unacceptable. Was asked to send same video I showed. Called back at 5:30 for updates and nothing. I was then told the mechanic was off Saturday so I probably wouldn't get my truck til Monday! No offer of a loaner vehicle, just be out of a truck for 4 days. Hayley never reached out to give information. I had to call first. Saturday mechanic was there working on his own vehicle. My wife and I decided to get the truck. Paperwork said he drove the truck (6miles), let it run and shut it off and on multiple times but couldnt re-create the noise. Noise didnt need re-created. The truck should of been on the lift. The exhaust, belts, pulleys, suspension, fan, etc. should have been inspected for the problem. Typical dealership. Very incompentent mechanics, no one wants to take the time to thouroughly find the problem. That noise never happened until about 3 weeks before taking it to dealer. Will try somewhere else. Horrible service dept from advisor to mechanics. More

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 for an oil change and rotation on my RAM here at Chariot Automotive Group and here it is almost 2 hours later and it is still not finished. I'm not the only unh change and rotation on my RAM here at Chariot Automotive Group and here it is almost 2 hours later and it is still not finished. I'm not the only unhappy customer here either. They even asked if I would be waiting when I scheduled the appt. I already caught them trying to sneak in the $$$ premium service instead of the standard service that I got the last time I was here. This is the second time out of three they've tried upcharging me for that. Scheduling an appointment doesnt do a xxxx bit of good according to the service dept. I was just put in line. I was told they only have 1 person that performs oil changes. And another thing, this is the only place I've ever bought new tires that don't do free rotations when you bring that vehicle back in for service. Oh yeah... I almost forgot...they are a big businesses that charges an additional 3% when you pay with debit card. I've only seen that in smaller mom and pop shops. There is a reason I bought my new vehicles elsewhere and not here. More
