My buying experience with Andrew and the sales/finance department was awesome!... BUT my experience with Abernethy’s Service Department was sub par to say the least. I waited for over 5 minutes for someon department was awesome!... BUT my experience with Abernethy’s Service Department was sub par to say the least. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to greet me and the service lady was rude and could care less about customer service. After meeting the service manager to see if he could answer my questions he was even worse. I wasn’t sure if I’d walked into a tattoo parlor or maybe a biker bar but I guess since I didn’t have a nose ring they weren’t overly friendly to try to help me out or keep me as a future service customer. Too many options out there for me to service my vehicle here and deal with them. More

Larry was my salesman and he did everything to make the process as simple as possible, Jose was the finance manager and he did an incredible job of getting the paperwork ready while the car was getting detailed for delivery. This dealership has some of the most down to earth employees you will ever meet and the price of the car was outstanding. The whole process was very efficient and I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend buying here if you are near the Charlotte geographical area-- you will not be disappointed! I had a tag bracket installed also and the service department was exceptional in getting it completed very quickly. More

I got a great deal and fair value for my car which wasn't in the greatest condition to begin with. When I arrived my salesman had to get some preliminary paperwork and the finance manager had to print some forms, but I was in and out and driving home in my new GMC in about 30 minutes! More

Told me the gap insurance was a requirement for financing then when I canceled the gap insurance took almost three months to refund the money, they would not respond to email or return phone calls, they ordered the wrong owners manual for the car but insisted it was the correct one.
