Reggie showed me the Grand Cherokee and let me take it for a test drive. I looked over Jeep and we talked price. I was ready to haggle and Reggie informed me of the dealership no haggle pricing and the internet pricing was the price of the Jeep. The price was right and I bought the Jeep. The paper work as always these days is a pain, but it has to be done. I can not be any more happy then I am with the Jeep or with Reggie. Having the Carfax Report online was also a great help when I was researching vehicles. More

Fast, easy buying process with very friendly people. I was looking for a hard to find 6-speed CTS-V sedan, and found this car at AR Motorsports,which was 6 hours away from me. He was very friendly, and gave me all the information I needed, as well as working with my bank to get the financing handled. Once I was on my way to get the car, I asked Reggie to please make sure all paperwork was ready since I had such a long round trip. Once at the dealership, I spent longer test driving than I did filling out paperwork. The car was fantastic, and the buying process was super easy and fast. After an exhausting day of test driving overpriced, high mileage cars I finally called AR Motorsports. I'd seen what looked like the perfect car on their website, but I wanted to make sure that it was nice before making the hour long drive to Lawrenceville. Reggie Underwood answered the phone. He knew exactly what car I meant and gave me a detailed description of it - bumper to bumper. My husband and I drove there immediately and were blown away. The car was by far the nicest one I'd seen. It was super clean, had the lowest milage, and was less expensive! Everyone was very easy to work with, but Reggie could singlehandedly alter the used car salesmen reputation. When my daughter is old enough to drive in a couple of years, AR and Reggie Underwood will be my first call. More

Bait & Switch I will start by saying , I DID NOT PURCHASE. I test drove a van late in the day. The salesman said to my mechanic that the lights on would be handled I will start by saying , I DID NOT PURCHASE. I test drove a van late in the day. The salesman said to my mechanic that the lights on would be handled before I paid. I was a little apprehensive with 3 lights on & an odd sound so I decided to sleep on it. I called back in the morning spoke with the salesman (Rusty) he assured me the work would be done & done right. I couldn't get them to come down on the price (which was pretty close to blue book) but I eventually agreed to $58.00 less than the asked price over the phone. I told him I would come write a check. I get there & he has the owner AR come talk to me who starts giving a speech about taking care of families & failing me ....ect.ect. After throwing poor Rusty under the bus along with the other manager he had standing there who may have put the listing on the internet, he says he needs 20 more minutes to look the van over properly. I said ok I'm taking my 4 year old to get food. The salesman called back but he didn't want to interrupt our lunch so he told me to call him back. I called back he was busy. Called back a bit later left a message. My husband called & left a message finally got a call back after 5 to be told it was going to be a costly fix that they'd cover some of & they wanted $350 more than what was agreed upon or they'd fix it & put it back on the lot asking for the whole cost of the repair in the new asking price. That folks is called bait & switch. More
