What a joke. Buying a truck was easy. The fact that they will not give you a full tank of gas on purchasing the vehicle is something I would do different, but who Buying a truck was easy. The truck was supposed to be in great shape and checked out by their technicians . Then all the fun started. 7 days after purchasing the truck we brought it to a trusted service center and within and hour we get a call: the steering rack and pinion were completely worn down, both outer tie rod ends need replacement and all the wheels have to be aligned. What a joke. The biggest joke is when you call the office. Some story about trucks that can break and there is no telling for them if that is 2 minutes, 2 days or 2 weeks after it has left their lot. This was a problem that you guys knew about and lied to us about. You had the nerve to tell me to call me back in an hour but did not even have to xxxx decency to do so. Keep driving if you pass this place. I am sure they have great cars, but you better hope you get sold the good one. More
